Plum Cake- Sunrise Bakers

Yesterday we went to Sunrise Bakers, one of the oldest bakeries of Dehradun. They are renowned for their buns and rusks and feature in plenty of YouTube videos. My friend advised me to try out their "Plum cakes" and that's what we did.

Crispy Fried Chicken

This crispy fried chicken is one of the first non vegetarian dish that Chetan learned to make and it took him several tries to get the type of crust and the texture that he wanted.
